The short version: when you send a form, we receive your details so we can reply, and we delete them 12 months after our last contact. This site sets no cookies; our host keeps standard server logs.

Contact forms
When you send a form on this site, Humanity Solutions (KvK 71110178, Hamerstraat 67D, 2512 CX The Hague) is the sole controller of your data. We use your name, email, message and any form answers to handle and reply to your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Marketing updates are sent by email only if you tick the separate optional box (Art. 6(1)(a)); unsubscribe via the link in every mail or by emailing connectwithus@
Submissions are processed in the Google Workspace account used by Humanity Solutions (trade name Foresight Transitions). Google is our processor; transfers to the US are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Humanity Solutions runs several brands and websites. Your submission may be shared across Humanity Solutions brands where needed to handle your request. It is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
We delete submissions 12 months after our last contact with you (automatic monthly clean-up). This includes marketing opt-ins, unless your address has been moved to a mailing tool that has its own privacy notice. You can ask for access, correction or deletion at any time via connectwithus@
Get-started fields: what you are interested in, your name, your email address, optionally your organisation type, organisation and a message. Partner fields: your name, email address, organisation, interest and an optional message. If a form can't be sent, or JavaScript is off, the site offers a ready-made email to connectwithus@
When you email us
We receive what you choose to write, plus your email address and name. We use it only to reply, to keep you informed about Humanity Games if you asked for that, and to discuss a partnership. We don't sell it. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete it.
Retention: we delete inquiries 12 months after the last contact, unless a partnership or assignment follows. In that case we keep tax and bookkeeping records for 7 years, and other partnership records for 2 years after the work ends. Hostinger keeps technical server logs for a limited period set by Hostinger.
Legal basis
- Replying to your request (sessions, heats, partnerships, the next open session or the facilitator waitlist): steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Optional marketing updates: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), only if you tick the separate box. You can withdraw it at any time via the link in every mail.
Who processes data for us
- Email and forms: Google (Google Workspace) hosts the humanitysolutions.net mailboxes and processes form submissions, which are stored in a Google Sheet and sent to us as an email alert.
- Hosting: Hostinger hosts this website and processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Transfers outside the EU
Google is a US company. Transfers of mailbox and form data rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (Google LLC is certified) or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses in Google's data-processing terms.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising. Fonts and icons are served from this site itself, not from third-party services.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and ask for a copy to take elsewhere (data portability). You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
